A great TR from an east coast backcountry adventure!

A little ways back Cody and I decided to head to Tuckermans early Friday morning. We arrived to an absolutely beautiful morning! We strapped on our skins and headed up the Sherbourne Trail.

Stopped to check out the scenery and our progress. Almost to Hojos!

We arrived on what claimed to be the busiest non weekend day in years! From Hojos we could see the single file line up the boot pack to the ravine. Completely uninterested in the crowds, we decided to stick to Hillman’s for the day. Conditions were more than we could have asked for! A few fresh inches made our descents a blast!

Cody brought his SLR, so as you can see, most of the pictures are of me!

Great day on Mount Washington!
